PAIRINGPULSE HELP CENTER

Understand your HUD, progress, and privacy.

Start with the three numbers that matter: XP advances your level, valid attempt credit earns badges, and rank is the title attached to your level. The HUD performs gameplay actions in Second Life; the website explains the results.

Where do I do what?

Use the HUD to pair, sync, start Tempt, and finish an attempt. Use the website to view your progress and history, and open Privacy to manage what you share.

XP

Progress toward your next level.

Badge

Lifetime valid attempt credit.

Rank

Your level's title, such as Initiate.

01 · GETTING STARTED

What happens where?

Gameplay stays in Second Life. The website is a companion view.

Wear your HUD

Use a compatible Fertility or Virility HUD attached to your avatar. Your role, level, and history are kept separately for each HUD type.

Start a shared session

Find a compatible HUD within 2m, send a sync request, and wait for both users to accept. The session begins only after mutual consent.

Read the result

Open the dashboard from the one-time link generated by your HUD. Review XP, levels, valid attempt credit, pregnancy status, and history there.

HUD and sessions

Actions that must be performed in Second Life

More → Web Profile

Creates a one-time login link for the private dashboard. The website does not ask you to paste UUIDs or tokens when this link is used.

Sync

Sync pairs two compatible HUDs after both users accept. A saved partner can be started again with the HUD without repeating the full request flow.

Tempt and Finish

Tempt starts the timed charge. When the HUD says the charge is ready, press Finish in the HUD to resolve the attempt and award its XP and progression credit.

Partners

Saved partners are people who accepted a partner request. Removing a partner removes future relationship access; it does not erase historical records.

Recover

Use Recover only when the HUD lost its stored token or the profile must be reconnected. It is not part of the normal play flow.

About the dashboard timer

Current Synchronization starts from the last server snapshot and estimates the active charge. Refresh after pressing Finish or changing state in-world.

03 · LEVELS AND RANKS

Your level is your long-term progression.

Think of level as the number and rank as its title. They are separate from badges.

Rank bands

The title changes every ten levels

01InitiateLevels 1–10
02ApprenticeLevels 11–20
03AdeptLevels 21–30
04SeasonedLevels 31–40
05BondedLevels 41–50
06RadiantLevels 51–60
07AscendantLevels 61–70
08MythicLevels 71–80
09CelestialLevels 81–90
10EternalLevels 91–100

Example: level 7 still shows the rank Initiate. At level 11, the title changes to Apprentice.

How you reach the next level

  1. Earn the required XP.
  2. Reach the required profile age.
  3. Accumulate the required active days.
  4. Accumulate the required full-charge-equivalent valid attempt credit.

To level up: meet every requirement shown in the dashboard card. That can include XP, profile age, active days, and valid attempt credit. The card is always the live source of truth.

What your level changes

  • The full charge duration for the role.
  • The Fertility or Virility contribution at full buildup.
  • The pregnancy XP multiplier while pregnant.
  • Immediate confirmation after a positive pregnancy roll.

The level details panel on the dashboard also lists the limitations that remain active, including soft caps and one active session or pregnancy at a time.

04 · BADGES AND VALID ATTEMPTS

Badges recognize lifetime valid attempt credit.

Complete valid attempts. Your badge is based on the lifetime credit shown in your profile.

Reach these totals

Start with First Pulse. Your first earned badge is Bronze.

First Pulse is your welcome badge. Reach 100 lifetime valid attempt credits for Bronze. You do not need 100 pairings, and XP does not replace attempt credit.

100Bronzefirst earned badge
500Silvernext badge
1,000Goldnext badge
5,000Platinumnext badge
10,000Diamondnext badge

First Pulse appears before you earn Bronze. It gives no bonus XP or extra attempt credits. Once you reach a threshold, you keep the highest badge you have earned.

What counts

Full charge

A completed full charge adds 1 credit.

Early Finish

Finishing early adds a fraction of a credit. For example, 6 of 15 minutes is about 0.4 credit. Fractions combine over time.

What does not count?

Pairing sessions, clicks, and weekly rows do not earn badges. Only lifetime valid attempt credit does.

XP, explained simply

More complete time means more XP; the system does not punish your second attempt

The short version

Finish once your HUD enables Finish. A full charge gives the normal reward for your level. Early finishes give less because less time was completed.

Privacy and public profiles

One Privacy Center for all your roles

Private

Personal dashboard only

Your public profile is hidden. Your own dashboard still shows your private history, partners, attempts, and pregnancy information.

Detailed

Choose what to share

Only sections marked Public are visible. You can share progression, activity summaries, confirmed, active and completed pregnancy counts, current status, and social totals. Partner names, detailed pregnancy history, conception dates, and chances remain private.

Use More → Web Profile in your HUD to sign in, then choose Privacy in the website navigation. One set of visibility choices applies to all your roles. Fertility and Virility keep their own statistics and histories. HUD 1.2.1 has no separate Privacy button.

07 · DASHBOARD DATA

What each dashboard section means.

The dashboard is a data view, not another gameplay control panel.

Profile and progress

Level, rank, badge, XP, active days, profile age, lifetime attempt credit, and weekly completed attempts describe your current role.

Activity and attempts

The dashboard previews your five newest attempts. Open full history for every recorded attempt, with 20 rows per page. Activity History groups completed sessions by day. Records do not expire with daily or weekly resets.

On the public profile, Valid attempts recorded counts individual valid records. Lifetime valid attempt credits is the progression credit balance. Valid attempt rate is valid records divided by all recorded attempts.

Pregnancy roleplay

The private card shows partner, conception date, estimated end date, chance used, status, and days remaining while an active pregnancy exists. The current core duration is 14 days.

Why “Total pairings” is not on the dashboard

It counted sessions even when no attempt was completed, which made it easy to mistake activity for progression. The dashboard uses valid attempt credit and completed weekly attempts instead.

Frequently asked questions

Why can Current Synchronization show “Not yet”?

The dashboard starts from a server snapshot and updates through HUD heartbeats. The charge may have completed in-world while the web view is still waiting for the next state update. Refresh after the HUD says Finish is ready.

Why can a shorter attempt show more XP than another row?

Saved fractional XP may cross a whole-point boundary, an active pregnancy multiplier may apply, or one reward may cross a daily or weekly soft-cap boundary. Repeat-attempt order itself does not reduce XP.

Why does Recent Attempts show only five?

It is a compact summary of the same records as Attempt History. Use Open full history in the dashboard's Attempt History card to browse every attempt on its own page. Pagination does not delete older records.

Where do I change public or private visibility?

Open Web Profile from your HUD, then choose Privacy in the website navigation. Private hides all your roles. Detailed shares the same sections marked Public across Fertility and Virility. Save once to apply your choices to both roles, including roles you add later.

Why can my badge say First Pulse while my rank says Initiate?

They measure different progress. Rank is your level title: levels 1–10 are Initiate. First Pulse is the welcome badge; 100 lifetime valid attempt credits earns Bronze. Both values belong to the selected role.

What does the rank progress bar show?

It shows the XP target for the next rank title. Initiate progresses toward Apprentice at level 11. The level card targets only your next level. Reaching the XP target still requires the core's other level requirements, including active days, profile age and attempt credits.

What happens when a new HUD version is released?

Your HUD is not replaced automatically. Compatible older versions keep working. If the server requires a newer version, outdated requests are rejected; the HUD displays Update HUD when it checks its status. Obtain the replacement from the product's delivery source. Your avatar and role keep their saved progress. A replacement with no stored token uses Recover to reconnect and signs out that role's existing web sessions.
